To create a visual language that would connect with the families as well as the young active demographic that visit this sports bar. 

Visual Branding Concept

The sports bar is central to the neighbourhood. Families visit to have a hearty meal together. Groups of youngsters visit to catch up on their favourite sports action. The visual language had to appeal to this wide demographic. A colourful palette was used to create a sporty and vibrant yet clean and modern visual branding.  

Visual Branding Elements 

  • A new logo of The Wave depicts the dynamism and movement of a Wave along with the hues of blues. 
  • A fresh tagline, “Always on a Wave” is used all across the branding material, as across the restaurant.  
  • The colour palette with hues of blue was the central branding tool. It is used across posters, menus and other branding materials. 

      By using elements that are reminiscent of the waves, ocean, sports and groups the mood and concept of this sports bar were captured in the visual branding as well.
