Intern member of Interior Designers of Canada (IDC) and Association of Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO). Work span: design, strategy, execution and management. Past experience with core design firms Elephant Design and Nimlok, India and Taylor, Canada; a background in construction industry. Education from School of Interior Design, CEPT University, India He is the man behind ‘Together We Grow’, the principle that lays the foundation of TWG, an Award Winning Design Firm . With an Instinctive eye for Aesthetics and detail, & Hemen has built a reputation as a creative designer and a design strategist over two decades of his design practice in Toronto. His versatile experience in Design, as well as the Construction industry, has defined the character of TWG, offering highly rationalistic solutions for space design and project management. His flair for innovation, along with a subversive creative appeal, has won him a following among his customers and fellow designers alike. With an undaunted belief in his mantra, ‘Design for the real world with Substance’,Hemen passionately carries the TWG baton forward.

Work spans graphic design, interior & architectural design and research. International work experience in India, UAE and Canada. Rich work experience with Pulitzer prize winning Architect B.V. Doshi and Architect Brinda Somaya, India’s leading woman architect. B. Arch from CEPT University, India Lead projects of various scales in the fields of architectural research, urban design, architecture, adaptive reuse and ID Project management. Bringing over 15 years of design and project management experience in Corporate Interiors and Hospitality, Rishma has worked in Asia, the Middle East and North America. She graduated from CEPT University, India and has worked with the Priztker Award winner Prof. B. V. Doshi’s Studio in India. Her body of work includes diverse projects from social work, luxury residential to hospitality projects. Design, she believes, is relevant only if it is contextual and is shaped by socio-cultural, economic, programmatic and ecological factors. At TWG, she brings an analytical, data-based approach to design. Rishma is instrumental in building Design Strategy at all levels of the firm’s work and is a proud witness and contributor to its growth and dynamism. She is also responsible for managing client relationships and team building and mentoring.

Diploma in Commercial Arts from British Institute and Technology, Mumbai Specialties: Involved in communication designing and execution of various print and production projects. Shantanu has 20+ Years of working experience in the design field. He has worked with Elephant Strategy + Design, Pune as a Communication Designer, Lead Design Manager since Sept’1997. He has handled end-to-end design to the production of designing projects. His core areas include team management, task management, and developing team members. He believes in delivering a client’s story that communicates the right messages to the user. In TWG he works as a Design Head, manages branding, design, and communication.

Anju is an expert in business management and development with 35+years of experience within the field of customer service, travel accounting, and project management. She has worked for organizations such as The Hotel Intercontinental, Apollo Tires, and ITravel2000. She has a Bachelor of Arts, and Hotel Management and is seen as a leader in relationship building, strategic business planning, and coordination. Anju is extremely self-motivated, agile & has the ability to support any business management function. Her perseverance, quick decision making skills and client relation skills are her strengths as a person. She has received a certification from the Travel Industry Council of Ontario Canada: TICO. She’s extremely adaptable to strengthen the core of the organisation. Her motto is; teamwork makes the dream work, and this is exactly what she exemplifies at Design TWG. Her role as Business Manager reflects the core values of TWG and her adaptability and quick thinking is the strength of Design TWG.

With over a decade of experience in interior design, Joohi, who studied at CEPT, brings a blend of academic rigor and practical expertise to her projects. Her educational background at CEPT, known for excellence in architecture and design education, has instilled a strong foundation in design principles and innovation. Over the years, she has integrated visual branding into her skill set. She goes beyond conventional aesthetics to incorporate strategic visual elements that enhance brand identity within interior spaces. Her ability to understand and interpret clients’ visions, coupled with a deep understanding of industry trends, sets her apart as a reliable and accomplished team member. As a project manager, she is dedicated to planning, organizing, and overseeing the successful execution of the projects. She truly believes in “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much”.
