The goal was to build a dynamic dining destination that combined tradition, innovation, and convenience. The vision was to create a space that celebrates community, brings people together, and delivers unforgettable flavors in every slice. The design and experience were crafted to reflect BMPP’s dedication to quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction in every aspect — from dine-in to doorstep.

A warm and welcoming storefront with bold branding instantly connects visitors with the legacy and energy of the BMPP name.
The signature logo — a charming cartoon of Big Mama and Big Papa holding a giant pizza — stands as an iconic visual, paired with Italian flag elements to honor authentic roots.
An intuitive layout ensures seamless flow for both dine-in guests and carryout/delivery operations.
Prominent digital menu boards display a mouthwatering lineup of gourmet pizzas, pastas, salads, and sides, making ordering quick and easy.
A dedicated pickup counter and streamlined kitchen design prioritize efficiency, ensuring hot, fresh pizzas are served fast.
For dine-in guests, cozy booth seating and nostalgic décor offer a family-friendly atmosphere perfect for every occasion.
In every store, there is clear signage informing guests about delivery charges, driver tips, allergen information, and BMPP’s Ultimate Guarantee — reinforcing transparency and trust.

The space is designed to reflect BMPP’s rich brand identity while remaining functional and inviting.
Brand Colors & Materials: A palette of warm reds, natural woods, and subtle black and silver accents evokes both comfort and appetite.
Illuminated Signage: Vibrant light-up branding, including the iconic BMPP oval logo, creates strong visual recognition.
Functionality First: Open kitchen views give customers a sense of connection to the food preparation process, enhancing authenticity and trust.
Zoning & Flow: Clear separation between dine-in, pickup, and delivery zones enhances customer experience and operational flow.
Community Feel: Elements such as vintage pizza peels, old-school photos, and regional decor give each location a locally rooted, family-owned vibe.
Interior design for franchisees is among the specialities of Design TWG, a top interior design firm in Toronto. Design TWG worked on the entire project from inception to conception. The entire concept revolving around the QSR business was fundamental for the layout. Attention was paid to even the details of the small design elements of the project which played an instrumental role in brand recognition and scaling of the franchise.
