Scope

When KPFS clients decided to move, they approached designTWG to design for a luxurious modern office for their established business. The brief was to maintain the openness of the double height space while maximizing on the layout for functional areas.

Features

  • The front staircase is used as a bold feature in the huge double height space, finished in a eye-catching silver faceted finish.
  •  Large but delicate circular light fixtures create interest and provide a sculptural quality to the reception and lounge.
  • High end, high functional furniture from Global is used to cater to the offices, executive office and the board room. 

Elements of Design

  • The design of this office emphasizes on a modern corporate look that embodies sophistication yet is welcoming.
  • A sense of space is achieved through textures and facets in materials and finishes.
  • The spacious reception area allows abundant natural light to enter the office, which with the thoughtful use of glass partitions, make the space feel brighter and bigger.
  • The executive office adjacent to the board room is designed to maintain ease of access and privacy of functions.
  • The palette is warm and welcoming for an office with blacks and warm greys as back drops to ochre and silver accents.
