Design TWG provides professional design, space planning, architecture, and project supervision. Specific project deliverables, schedules, fees, and responsibilities are defined in formal written contracts entered into between Design TWG and the client.
All concepts, architectural drawings, 3D renderings, documents, and creative materials developed by Design TWG remain the sole intellectual property of Design TWG unless explicitly assigned in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without prior consent is prohibited.
Clients agree to provide accurate site information, timely decisions, and access to properties necessary for project completion. Statutory building code approvals and municipal permits remain the responsibility of property owners unless explicitly managed under our scope.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable laws of India for regional operations. Any disputes arising shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Ontario courts or local tribunals.
