From those humble beginnings to our Mississauga headquarters, our journey reflects passion, perseverance, and creativity without limits. Today, we continue to grow through collaboration, designing spaces that inspire, perform, and connect.
From humble beginnings to a growing multidisciplinary design practice, our journey has been defined by creativity, collaboration, and continuous evolution. Each milestone reflects our commitment to excellence, meaningful partnerships, and the pursuit of design solutions that create lasting impact.

Once upon a time in a small basement, a spark ignited a bold idea rooted in the belief that purpose can be designed and growth is built together. What started in the basement of Founder & Executive Principal Hemen’s home, with just a couple of team members and the name Together We Grow, quickly became a testament to passion, perseverance, and an unshakeable belief in what was possible. There was no glass ceiling - only ambition, hard work, and creativity driving the path forward.
